Thank you for shopping with Royal Stationery and Book Depot through the MyBookSmart platform. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

Important Notice

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders once they have been confirmed and processed. Please verify your order details, including the school, class, and student information, before completing your purchase.

1. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (school books and stationery), we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered. Books are curated specifically based on school and class requirements, and therefore cannot be resold once opened or delivered.

2. No Refund Policy

Refunds are not provided for any orders once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Change of mind after order placement
  • Incorrect school or class selected by the user
  • Duplicate orders placed by the user
  • Student transfer or change of school after order placement

3. Free Replacement for Wrong Deliveries

If you receive an incorrect delivery (e.g., books for a different class than what you ordered), we will replace the books at no additional cost to you.

To be eligible for a free replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • The replacement request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
  • The books received must be in their original, unused condition
  • You must provide photographic evidence of the incorrect items received
  • The order details (school, class, student) on our system must confirm the delivery error on our part

How to Request a Replacement

  2. Provide your Order ID and a description of the issue
  3. Attach clear photographs of the books received
  4. Our team will verify the claim and arrange for replacement within 5-7 business days

4. Damaged or Defective Books

If you receive books that are physically damaged (torn pages, printing defects, water damage, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement for the damaged items at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed for dispatch. Once an order has been packed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately after placing the order.

6. Exceptions

In rare and exceptional circumstances (such as an order being charged but not confirmed due to a payment gateway error), refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Such cases must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction.
